Transfers from Bergen Airport (BGO), Norway
Outside arrivals terminal at BergenBergen Flesland Airport lies close to the coast, about 12 miles distance drive southwest of the city and it is Norway's second airport. It is pleasant, compact and hassle free, but can get busy at weekends with domestic travellers.

Car There are more than 3500 parking spaces at the airport, cheapest parking is is in the long stay area 3 minutes away with free shuttle bus.
It takes about 30 minutes to drive into Bergen, longer at peak times. There is a small weekday toll charge for all vehicles going into the centre.
Taxi Taxis wait outside the terminal, fare costs from £32-£42 to the city.
Bus Flybussen airport bus runs frequently from the airport to the bus station in the city centre, routes are displayed outside the terminal. A minibus also goes to Flesland quay for boat services to Haugesund, Stavanger, Sunnhordland, and others.

Train There is no direct train service to Bergen airport. The grand old railway station is located in Stromgaten and lies on the the scenic Bergensbanen line which runs east to Voss, Geilo, Hønefoss and Oslo. The bus station lies next to the train station.
