The new KLIA airport is located in Sepang, about 50 miles drive from the city. A Visitors Service Centre in the main terminal has tourist information. International flights arrive and depart from Satellite Terminal A and are ferried by the automated Aerotrain to/from the large 5-level main terminal building.

Long-distance taxis from 'teksi' stands or your hotel offer easy and good value travel in Malaysia.
Bus The Airport bus station is on the ground level of covered car park. An Express coach connects KLIA to many larger hotels. Other buses run to Kuala Lumpur and to Nilai Commuter Station and Subang domestic airport. The main Puduraya bus terminal is in the centre of town and handles bus routes to all over the country. More comfortable executive coaches to Penang, Johor Bahru & Singapore depart from KL Sentral railway station.
Train The fast 'KLA Ekspres' direct train connects this airport with KL City Air Terminal (or KLCAT)situated at Kuala Lumpur’s Sentral station, it runs every 15 minutes and the journey takes 28 minutes. Kuala Lumpur is a major railway hub and trains go from here to Singapore, Kuala Lipis, Wakaf Bharu (for Kota Bharu), Johor Bahru, Butterworth and into Thailand.
