    Transfers and travel from Lisbon Airport (LIS), Portugal
    Lisbon Portela Airport is about 4 miles northeast of the city. The city has a good 4-line Metro system. Other public transport is provided by buses, funiculars and trams.
    Taxi To city centre from about EUR 15-20, higher charges during weekends and nights.
    Bus Bus No.91 runs between airport and city centre every 20 mins, ticket fare EUR 3 (valid all day on city buses). An Airport Shuttle Bus runs every hour to Estoril and Cascais, tickets available on bus cost about EUR 8.
    Train No Metro train link from airport until around 2007. Many buses can be taken from the airport to reach Metro and train stations. Getting to Sporting Lisbon FC stadium is at Estádio José Alvalade, in the north of Lisbon near the university area, take the Metro to Campo Grande station. Getting to Benfica FC stadium is at Estádio da Luz, in the northwest of Lisbon, Colégio Militar-Luz is the nearest metro station.
