Poznan airport signPoznan Lawica Airport (POZ) is one of the oldest local airports in Poland and lies 4 miles west of town, not far from the main Berlin - Warsaw highway 2.
Taxi 20 Mins into town taxi fare should cost about £5.
Bus Express Line L runs to the station from the airport, city bus line No 59 also goes to the centre of Poznan and journey takes half an hour, the last stop (Rondo Kaponiera) is 1/2 mile away from the railway station. Tickets and bus information in the arrivals hall.
Train No train connection to airport. Poznan Central station is on Dworcowa Street and has good train connections to Warsaw, Berlin and major cities in Poland including Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Katowice, Kolobrzeg, Krakow, Szczecin, Swinoujscie, Torun, Wroclaw.
