Cheap Flights to Prague from £29

Below are links to flights to Prague travelling with low cost airlines from UK airports.
Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic and Bohemia, is less than 2 1/2 hours flying time away from the UK. The city's 600 years of unscathed architecture dazzles the eye. Magical spires, gorgeous Baroque palaces, Renaissance townhouses and wedding-cake facades are begging to be photographed. Prague can offer unforgettable city breaks in some surprisingly low-cost hotels. Prague Ruzyne Airport is only 30 minutes to the city centre.

Taxi Rip off taxi drivers in Prague are a big problem for all visitors to Prague. The cost to the city centre should be from about 600-900 Czech Koruny, or check at airport information desk for current rates. Confirm price with driver before start of journey as serious overcharging is common, note down registration number in full view of driver before setting off. Avoid taking taxis from tourist areas, always order taxis by phone.
Bus Cheapest transfer option is by the frequent 20-minute bus (no.119, 35 pence) to Dejvicka metro station Line A, from there it is 4 Metro stops to central Prague. Purchase a 60-minute ticket from bus driver, this allows multiple journeys for an hour and includes the Metro. Alternatively, the quicker but more expensive minibus should only take about 20 minutes from airport to city centre and terminates at Namesti Republiky. Many Prague hotels offer a meet and greet service at the airport. The Prague Airport Shuttle provides a door to door airport service.
Train Prague's two main international railway stations are Praha Hlavni Nadrazi (also known as station Wilsonova, a short walk from the city centre) and Praha Holesovice, both are on the Metro system. Long distance trains connect Prague with Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Berlin, Budapest, Warsaw and Moscow. Domestic trains leave from the Smichov and Masaryk railway stations.
